The draw of the Men’s and Women’s Student Gradmasters tournaments was held tonight in the RSSU. The ceremony was conducted by the Moscow Open, RSSU Cup Director Alexander Kostiev and chief referees of the competitions – international referees Artem Akhmetov (Russia) and Jurgen Mueller (Germany). The participants received souvenir sets from the Sberbank together with the cards with numbers.

The first numbers in the brackets were drawn to Gunay Mammadzada (Azerbaijan) and David Paravyan (Russia).

We should note, this year the Men’s and Women’s Student Grandmaster RSSU Cups are devoted to the memory of Alexander Pochinok, who established the RSSU and the chess department of this university.
